Can you work with our existing software?
I'll start with what you already use. Depending on what I find, that may mean changing its setup, connecting tools or recommending a replacement.
What if we don't know what we need?
You don't need a technical brief. Tell me what's taking too much time or going wrong, and I'll help work out what's needed.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
It depends on the job. Your quote will cover the work, any review or handover, and the timescale. If the scope changes, we'll discuss the effect on cost and timing.
