- Just me— Charlie, a software engineer and creative who's passionate about helping churches thrive online. This isn't a big agency. It's personal, intentional work.
- Both. Talesoft is legally a business, but it exists to serve the Church. We charge fair rates to make the work sustainable, but the heart behind it is always service, not profit.
- Absolutely. Most of the people I work with aren't. I keep things simple, explain everything clearly, and handle all the tricky bits for you.
- That's normal. Just get in touch. I'll help you figure out what makes sense for your church or project—and what doesn't.
- It depends on the scope. A set of visuals might take a few days. A website could take a few weeks. I'll give you realistic timelines upfront and keep things moving.
- You'll always have a chance to give feedback and ask for revisions. I want you to be genuinely pleased with what we create together.
- Only if their mission aligns with Christian values. I mainly work with churches and Christian charities—that's where my heart is.
